Qualifying Estimate Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for our $50 guarantee, the competitor’s estimate must meet the following criteria:

    1.    Written Documentation: The estimate must be provided on the competitor’s official letterhead, including their business name, address, home improvement contractor no., and contact information.
    2.    Comparable Services: The estimate must be for the same or substantially similar services/products, including specifications, quantities, and quality.
    3.    Current and Valid: The estimate must be dated within the last 30 days and must be valid at the time of submission.
   4.    Local Competitors: The competitor must be a licensed business operating out of Hunterdon, Morris, Sussex, or Warren counties of New Jersey, United States of America.
    5.    Non-Promotional Pricing: The estimate must not include special promotions, discounts, or offers that are not available to the general public.
    6.    Verification: We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s estimate and the terms of the offer. Any estimate deemed to be fraudulent, altered, or not in good faith will be disqualified.
